The Red Devils Poised to Secure German Striker Lea Schüller away from Bayern Munich

Manchester United are finalising sealing the deal for prolific Germany striker Lea Schüller in a permanent move away from Bayern Munich.

A Major Signing for United

Schüller, who has half a year remaining on her contract, is known as a prolific goalscorer for both club and country. She has netted over 100 goals for Bayern and found the net 54 times in 82 appearances for her country. Her arrival will be seen as a marquee coup for the Women’s Super League side.

Departure from Bayern has been anticipated since she appeared to be fighting back tears while applauding the club's fans after a victory over Bayer Leverkusen this month.

It was reported in December that the Frauen-Bundesliga was set to lose one of its top strikers. According to multiple sources, all the paperwork for the transfer have now been completed.

The experienced striker's arrival should represent a major uplift to the team's attacking options. She has been highly reliable in front of goal in the Bundesliga.
